Privacy Policy

When you start a mix, buy a digital download, or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, the service you need, and the link to the files you want us to work on.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card numbers never touch our servers — we only receive confirmation of the purchase, the product bought, and the email address used.

We use your information to deliver the work you asked for, to send your downloads and receipts, to answer your questions, and to keep records of purchases. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

We never take ownership of your music. Files you send us are used only to complete your project. We may keep a session archive so we can make revisions later, and we will delete it on request. We only use your work as a public example if you give us permission.

We rely on a small number of providers to run the business: hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, and payment processing. Each one only receives the information needed to do its job.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing brian@contrastforcreatives.com. We will respond within 30 days.
