Contrast is a professional audio mixing and mastering studio operating from Texas, USA, reachable at brian@contrastforcreatives.com and (432) 438-0497. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

We provide mixing, mastering, audio restoration and post-production services. Project scope, revision count and turnaround are agreed in writing before work begins. Turnaround estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on how quickly we receive usable files from you.

Paid and free downloads — vocal chains, multitracks and DAW templates — are delivered digitally immediately after checkout. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use them in your own commercial and non-commercial productions.

You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, or share the files themselves, or include them in a competing sample, preset or template product.

You keep all rights to the music and audio you send us. You confirm you have the rights to the material you submit. We keep the rights to our own presets, templates and processing chains.

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged at checkout through our payment provider. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout. Service work may require a deposit before we start.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We do our best work on every project, but we cannot guarantee a particular commercial result. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question. Always keep your own backups of your original files.

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version posted here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies.
