Refund Policy

Vocal chains, multitracks and DAW templates are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so purchases are generally final.

That said, if a file is corrupt, will not open, is missing content, or is not what the product page described, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you in full.

If you have paid but we have not started work yet, you can cancel for a full refund.

Once we have started, we work through the revisions included in your project until the mix is right. If we cannot get there, we will refund the unused portion of the project fee.

We cannot refund a download simply because you changed your mind or your setup is not compatible after you already downloaded the files, and we cannot refund completed and delivered project work beyond the terms above.

Email brian@contrastforcreatives.com with your order email and what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
